Customer Question

I disconnected the main battery and now I got "Check Hybrid System, Stop the vehicle in a safe place immediately." I need to know how to reset it. The car doesn't want to start.
How do I know that you can fix my problem? is there any guarantee?

I tried to do some research online and people say that you can start and still drive, and after 4 cycles it will go away. My car doesn't drive. any ideas?

Do you have a generic code reader to see if there any malfunction codes set in the engine control computer? When you say that you disconnected the hybrid battery explain what you did specifically?

I got it. I just didn't pull up the orange battery lock. Got it. Works fine.

Ok that is a common mistake and it won't hurt anything. If you remove the 12v battery cable it will clear the codes and you should be good to go.
