Customer Question

Hi. I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner. V6 Automatic. It has 200 K on it. If I accelerate quickly from a stop it will take a second for the transmission to catch and then it will accelerate. If I take off slower, it is fine.

First check your transmission fluid level, and report back what you find.

Did you check it?

I did. It wasn't the transmission at all. I changed plugs and plug wires, that fixed the problem. Thanks.
