Camry se 4 cylinder: I've got an 09 Camry. The instrument cluster

Customer Question

I've got an 09 Camry. The instrument cluster (analog) gauges go to zero (speedometer, tachometer, engine temp), multiple warning lights illuminate, and the a/c compressor kicks out (blower fan continues to function).

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you. This sounds like you have a temporary voltage drop in the alternator. I would recommend that you get the alternator tested. The output specification is 14.4 volts DC and should NEVER fluctuate below that number. If yiu have any questions, please feel free to reply. A positive rating would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you but I would like a refund. I solved the problem yesterday. Not the alternator by the way.
