My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
The first thing that needs done here is to have the fault codes checked to see what codes are set.If any codes have set they will need diagnosed to locate and repair the fault here.
I have seen in some cases internal engine computer failure cause a fault like this needing replaced. If you can get the codes read out and post them here this will help.
Thanks Pete

Thank you for taking the time. My question has not been answered or completed. Why has my card been charged?I have ordered a Bluetooth odb2 scanner. It should be here in a week
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
I am not sure why the card was charged as I am not allowed to speak on charges here.I do know your money is a deposit until my help is rated.
If you can find out what codes are set and post them here this will help.
Thanks Pete
