The highlander should have three control knobs for heat/a/c control, fan speed and one for vent control. Check the middle control knob that controls temperature, if it feels loose pull the knob off and tighten the nut. Let me know if this solved the problem.

I. Fixed it myself pulled out the panel open up found two broken wires on pc board added wire and soldered back and now have heat control. Thank you for your fix. Please cancel the pay pal payment. Thanks again. Mac
