I cannot remove my alternator from my engine. I have it

Customer Question

I cannot remove my alternator from my engine. I have it removed from the mount. Serpentine belt loose, electrical disconnected. But, it will not come out. Once removed, I am dreading the process for inserting the new one.

After the two 14mm bolts are removed use a prybar inbetween the cylinder head and the alternator to push it out of the castings where the bolts go.
