HI,
It depends upon what year and model toyota you have and whether it is a front or rear rotor - these will make a difference in the bolt size as they did vary by year, model and front/rear rotor

Ok, for the front rotors, 8mm x 1.25 x 2" long bolts

Ok, sounds good. If still not wanting to come off, use a large 3 jaw puller to remove the rotor.
