Tundra: I am shopping for wheels and tires for my 03 Tundra

This answer was rated:

I am shopping for wheels and tires for my 03 Tundra 4wd access cab.

I found a great deal on a set of 2013 Tacoma (265/70R16) wheel and tires and am curious if they will fit my Tundra.

The bolt pattern is the same at 6x139.7 but the Tacoma offset is listed at 15mm and the Tundra's at 30mm. Is this something I need to be concerned with?

Thanks
-LB

Hello I will help you with your question,

You are moving the mounting of the wheels in less than 3/4 inch. You should be fine with these wheels/tires.

Please let me know how I can help you with this

Thank you

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Moving the front wheels in 3/4" will still clear the brake calipers?

You will have no problem with the calipers, run your hand inside the tire and you will feel plenty of room to move the tire in, the diameter of the wheel is the controlling factor for the calipers, 3/4 inch in will not make a difference.

Please let me know how I can help you with this

Thank you
