2010 prius. had to change a flat and removed everthing to access the spare. when I put everything back the rear hatch open light stayed on and the open door buzzer will not go off. .The touch lock system will not work becauseit shows the rear hatch open. The lights will not shut off unless you do it manually. I checked and found no loose wires or connections. What next?

yes the hatch closes and locks fine
Okay. You will need to remove the plastic around the latch and check the wiring to the latch. It is common for this to come loose and cause this. It is also possible that if the tire hit the latch that the sensor was damaged.
how do you check the sensor. Is it built in the latch
Yes it is built in. You would need to remove the cover and get in the vehicle. Then with the sensor disconnected you need to use an ohm meter to see if the continuity of the sensor is changing with the door opened and closed.
