Customer Question

I tried to jump start my mower using my T100. I accidently switched the battery cables. Now my truck won't start. The headlights work, emergancy flashers work too, but nothing happens when I turn the key. No clicking, no dash lights, just silence. Neither the radio or AC/ fan work either. I put on new battery cables terninals. The old terminals cracked. Then I changed the fuses for the starting system. Still nothing. It acts like it some sort of anti-theft function or like the clutch isn't push down. Please help!

In the underhood fuse box, there is an 80 amp alt fuse and a 30 and 40 amp fuse marked AM1 and AM 2. Typically one or all of these blow. These are rectangular fuses with clear tops use a flashlight to look into them to see if they are blown. The 80 amp fuse does bolt in and the fusebox will need to be disassembled if replacement is necessary.
