Welcome to Justanswer, My name is XXXXX XXXXX here to help. P0141 means "Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction " which means the oxygen sensor has failed. Part number is(NNN) NNN-NNNNand this is the 2nd sensor down on rear of engine. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks.
