have a rav 4 sr180 with run flats. can i change all four wheels and tyres for normal tyres.if so can run flat light on dash be swithed off

I see that you may be having trouble with the interface.
"Normal" tyres can be substituted for Run Flat tires at any time
The flat tyre light is activated via a sensor located in the bottoms of each of the valve stems.
If the vehicle has silber coloured, metal valve stems, and the light is on with proper tyre inflation, one or more of the sensors may have an internal problem. To determine if the tyre pressure sensors have an internal problem, the vehicle needs to be taken to a dealer who has the proper test device for the tire pressure sensors.

If the vehicle has rubber valve stems, follow the procedure in the owner'sanual to reset the tyre light after fitting the tires of your choice.

To answer your question in detail: Yes you can change all 4 tires and/or the wheels. The light will not go off if you have a bad tyre pressure sensor locate inside the wheels
