i have tried to get the p1349 code to reset for about a week and half replaced vvt sensor chenged oil o2sensor

Toyota Service :

You are probably not going to be able to resetthe code without replacing the VVT cam sprocket. There is aredesigned part number for this issue; the new sprocket number is: 13050-21040

that is what i have beeh trying to find out at least i know where to start
