Most commonly when there is a humming in the front the directly relates to speed will be a faulty/worn Wheel Bearing. Jack up the driver's side wheel, and try to shake it side to side, up and down, in and out. Any movement is a sign of wear. If there is no movement, spin the tire by hand, and carefully listen for any humming, grinding or scraping. Any noise is a sign of wear. On this vehicle, the front wheel bearins will need to be "pressed" in and out of the knuckle.
