On this model the interior door panel has to be removed. There are 3 10mm nuts that hold the mirror in place and the electrical connector runs down the door. You need to pop that triangle shaped panel off that's above the door panel behind the mirror. Then the small panel behind the interior door handle pops off to expose a screw. Use a pry tool at the bottom of the door panel to pop it outwar so you can lift the door panel up and off the door to replace this mirror.
