2004 toyota echo: boost..signal indicators dont work, htr..fuses

On a 2004 toyota echo, after a boost by a h.d. mechanic, the signal indicators don't work, htr. fan does not work, also spedometer, despite all the fuses being good. Is there a reset for this?

Hello, no there is nothing to reset did you check all the fuses under the dash as well, not just under the hood?

There are some main fuses that are larger than the rest, on the inside is a 30 "power" fuse
