Thank you for choosing JustAnswer and allowing me to help you resolve your Toyota questions!

Does the blower motor work on high? When you turn the fan on do you hear any click coming from either fuse box? Do you have a test light or voltmeter?

Customer replied 390 days and 15 hours ago.

The blower motor isn't working at all. When it was intermitently working---it worked on all stages. I do hear a cliking from fuse box withinside the car. I don't have a test light or volt meter. I can purchase one if neccesarry. Thanks

This is a very simple circuit and based on your description it sounds like a bad blower motor. However in order to make 100% certainty of this you need to purchase either a inexpensive voltmeter or a generic 12 V test light. The blower motor is located on the passenger side up under where the passengers feet would go. There is a two wire connector at this two wire connector you need to check for voltage with the blower switch in the on position check for 12 V to the blue wire with a red tracer. It should have 12 V then check the blue wire with a black tracer do you have 12 V there? If you do not and the blower motor is not spinning then the blower motor is bad. Take a mallet and bang on the round portion of the blower motor and see if you can get it to start working. Or before you even buy a test light take a rubber mallet and bang on the blower motor and see if you will start to work if it does then that confirms it without spending any money on a test light.
