Toyota Repair Problems? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hi and Welcome to Just Answer! My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will do my best to help.
any fuse or fusible link 80A and up is mounted by screws
examine fuse box where located,
look to the side some screw are located sideways, you will have to remove them in order to pull out fusible link
i have the breakdown manual for this car. it makes no mention of screws to remove the fusible link. I will quote the manual: "Unplug the fusible link and replace it with a new one."
i will have togo to the garage and look for screws, but i don`t recall seeing any.
it does not say in any manual
but that how it is mounted
there are 3 fusible links side by side. the 2 outside ones pulled out by hand. the one in the middle did not. it broke apart when i tried to remove it. i don`t see how i can put a new one back in.
i will go have a quick look.
okay, look to the sides
ok. they are under a plastic cover. i have a parts car here so i will switch it out if this is the correct procedure. how do i get back to you if it doesn`t work?
to this chat
ok. it will take me awhile to do this. i`m in the dark now.
it is okay
