snapontech :

Welcome to Justanswer, My name isXXXXX am here to help.

Customer: Is my question (problem) clear?
snapontech :

Yes you will need to get that to unlatch The first thing I would try is pushing hard on the door then use force in movement to try and open it

snapontech :

It may take a bit of effort to do this

snapontech :

But if this doesnt work then it gets rough trying to get to the arms with the door closed things get broke

Customer: Have tried pushing hard on the door while holding the latch open and someone inside the car tries to pull the strap out.
snapontech :

Have you made certain the door is unlocked

snapontech :

It should be able to be released

Customer: Yes
snapontech :

I would have someone push from the inside pull on the outside

snapontech :

Dont worry about the straps

snapontech :

Just have to get the door open

snapontech :

If you cannot achieve this manually then you will need to tear down the inside panel

Customer: Will try that' may be a couple of minutes before I get back to you
snapontech :

No problem

snapontech :

I will be here

Customer: That worked, thanks
