The idle control valve is factory set and adjustment is not needed, the computer controls the idle speed, try cleaning the inside of the throttle body, excessive carbon can cause this idle problem, after cleaning the throttle body disconnect the negative battery for a bout a minute and go drive it for about fifteen minutes, the idle should return to normal.
