The P0450 is a fairly straight forward code pointing to a fault in the EVAP Vapor Pressure Sensor. Inspect the electrical connector for any loose or broken wires. Inspect the vacuum lines for any crack, holes, or disconnections. If the visual inspection checks ok, suspect a faulty sensor, and replacement should solve the problem. It's located under the hood, top of the engine, towards the driver's side.
