The other size options in those ranges are 225/70R17 and 235/70R17.
Why not 245-70-17
It's not that you cant. It that you are trying to keep the tire size and shape as close to the original as possible and those #'s are what I gave you.
The first # XXXXX in 245 means that the tire is 245 MM wide and the second # XXXXX XXXXX percentage of width that is the heigth.
With the original size 245/65/17 and going to 245/70/17. The new tire will be 5% taller than the original tire.
