Hi! I have a 2010 Toyota Prius which I have imported from the US to Sweden. In Sweden side signal, or turn signal lights are a requirement, but my Prius does not have them. You can see what I need on (the turn signal under the hybrid sign):http://www.youtube.com/user/deanorep#p/a/u/1/XgAMRcUJFJUMy question is, can i just take "hook on" a new turn signal with wires to the current wires to the left and right turn signal or will adding a 3rd light to the existing system overload switches and fuses etc.
Country: United StatesMake: ToyotaModel: PriusYear: 2010Engine: 1.8 Already Tried: The European version has the turn signal in the rear view mirrors. I have looked, but there are no cables for the turn signal in my mirrors/doors, so I cant use them.
You can add the lights with no problem.
You can also follow this guys thread and just add what he did...

Just to clarify, as I am not sure I have time to get the new rear view mirrors which he has, I can just add splice one of the existing wires and connect off that?
Yes, you can.
