Hello and Welcome to JustAnswer. I am reviewing your question and will be back with you in just a second.
Loose or worn belts are the most common thing we see causing a whining or chirping noise when first starting.
Could this be the serpentine belt or the timing belt, and is it ok to drive?
In most cases it is the ac alternator belt I would try tightening it to see if the noise goes away. At that time you will be able to inspect it for dammage or cracks. If they are dammaged or cracked I would replace them.
