On this vehicle, the spark plugs are located under the individual ignition coils. THey must be removed first, to access the plugs:

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE
  2. DISCONNECT HIGH-TENSION CORDS FROM IGNITION COILS
  3. REMOVE IGNITION COILS
  • Disconnect the 3 connectors from the ignition coils.
  • Remove the 3 bolts and 3 ignition coils from the LH cylinder head
    1. REMOVE SPARK PLUGS
