The drivers lower trim panel needs removed. This will give you access to the 3 screws that hold the bottom of the black plastic trim that surrounds the combination meter. There are 2 screws that are on the underside of this black plastic trim. Once these are removed the trim pops out and there are 4 screws that hold the combination meter into place. remove the combination meter and the bulbs are in the back side. The electrical connectors can be removed to allow the meter to come all the way out.
