where is the circuit opening relay for fuel pump on 94 camry located suppose to be behind radio can not find it.

Check the 7.5 amp "IGN" fuse in the dash fuse box. Locate the circuit opening relay behind the glove box and see if it is clicking when cranking the engine Here is a picture of relay, let me know if you have questions. Thanks

Does the black/orange wire going to the relay have voltage? If not check to see if efi relay clicks and if white/green wire going to efi relay ahs voltage. Let me know, thanks.
