The correct timing marks that should line up- are the two large single dots, the smaller dots are assembly marks only. Please not that one of the cams has a two piece gear which is spring loaded make sure the grar is preloaded and a service bolt put in to lock it before installing the cams, after the cams are installed the service bolt is removed.
