On the 2001 Tacoma product, there is no 'fuel pump relay".
The fuel pump is powered by the 'EFI Relay' and the EFI fuse. Both are located on the interior fuse panel. The EFI Relay is the center relay on the bottom row.

Power flow is as follows:
120 amp ALT fuse
40 amp AM1 fuse
30 Amp AM2 fuse
7.5 amp IGN fuse
20 amp EFI fuse
(both of these power the relay)
working in tandem with the
Circuit opening Relay (by itself, adjacent to the interior fuse box)
(2 red/white wires, a blue and a blue/white wire)
Yes. The fuse/relay panel is under the dash, left side, low.
EFI Relay: Black/Orange; Black/Yellow, White/Red
Circuit Opening Relay: 2 White/Red, Solid blue. The Blue is the fuel pump wire.
