Can you tell me if the rear brake lights are working when you step on the brake pedal?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Just went out to check, and the are not coming on

Thats what i thought... ok. The problem here is going to be the Brake Light Switch. This switch controls both the brake lights and the Shift Interlock SOlenoid that allows you to shift from park with the brake applied. The switch is located at the top of the brake pedal arm, under the driver's dash.
