Where is the IAT sensor located on a 2002 Toyota 4Runner?
The intake air temperature sensor is built into your MAF (Mass AIr Flow) meter. Pins 4 and 5 (wires colored yellow/green and blue/black respectively) are for the IAT portion of the unit.

The MAF unit is located on your intake hose, immediately after the air filter box. It is secured with two philips head screws.
