where is the fuel pressure test port cap and fuel pressure sensor vacum hose on my 1997 toyota tacoma 3.4L engine?

I can assist you with that question. Unfortunately, Toyota did not provide a test port, you must tee into the fuel rail using an adapter.

The fuel pressure regulator is at the end of the fuel rail.

Ed, my 1997 3.4L starts but sputters and stalls quickly. attempting to let out clutch stalls it for sure. I replaced fuel filter but problem persists. the odors from the exhaust smell like fuel. Perhaps, it is drowning in fuel, any suggestions?
