There is an EFI main relay located in the relay box on the right side fender well under the hood. This is often confused as the fuel pump relay. Toyota calls the relay used to turn the fuel pump on/off the circuit opening relay. It is located behind the dash just right of the glove box. If you remove the glove box, you will find it just to the right of where the glove box should be located.
