I have a 40 in. samsung smart tv bought last august. Everything works fine except it won't connect to the internet wirelessly. It works fine with a cable. My computer and phone works fine over wifi but when I go to connect to the internet it says. Also it used to work fine when I first bought the tv. It says "connected to the wireless network, but not the internet" and I'm not sure what to do about it.

Good morning,I have had my Samsung SMART TV 40-inch for one week now.Performance has been faultless.This morning I accidentally fell and nudged against the TV causing it to fall too with an audible impact.When I examined the TV after placing it back on the stand, I found a small crack in the top left corner of the border around the screen.Most disconcerting is a 2-inch broad blackish brown band across the top of the screen.Now some red vertical lines have cropped up.How do I go about getting this TV repaired?Please, I am now at my wit's end!
