SO AFTER A WEEK WENT BY I PLANNED A TRIP TO TOWN AND I THOUGHT MAYBE I BETTER SHUT OF THE TV. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A WEEK RIGHT. WELL WHEN I GOT HOME TURNED THE OLE GIRL ON AND NO PIC. NO SOUND. WHEN I TURNED THE POWER ON THE FRONT LIGHT (RED) CAME ON BRIGHT AND THEN IM HEARING IT CLICK IN THE BACK A FEW TIMES THEN THE LIGHT DIMS AND BLINKS 8 CONSECUTIVE TIMES.STOPS AND THEN REPEATS THE CYCLE. TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME IN 2 MONTHS SINCE I TRIED TO SEE IF IT HAD RESET IT SELF OR MAYBE REVERT IS A BETTER TERM . NO IT HAS NOT PLEASE CAN YOU ASSIST IN RESOLVING MY ISSUE

We have a new Vizio TV hooked up to a Comcast DVR and it all has been operating fine. Just before lunch we got on screen captioning and I don't know how to get rid of it. DO I do this with the Vizio controller, which came with no instructions, or with Comcast?JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is?
