In December 2010 I had an accident while driving my 2005 Dodge

In December 2010 I had an accident while driving my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. The accident occurred at a speed of about 40 mph when the vehicle (for unknown reasons) broke traction and spun around backwards, running off the road and rolling the truck. The truck was totaled by the insurance company. I was initially ticketed for negligent driver, but subsequently acquitted.I recently received a safety recall from Chrysler stating that "a rear axle pinion nut may have been built without an adhesive patch on the threads and that a loose pinion nut could cause the rear axle to seize and a separated driveshaft could cause a loss of motive power. Either situation could cause a crash without warning." The recall number is: P77/NHTSA 14v-796.There was much confusion about what caused the accident, as it seemed to happen for no reason. My question is, could this have been the cause, and without the truck to inspect, can I file a claim against Chrysler?

I moved to Wisconsin from Quebec 18 months ago I had problems importing my vehicle from Quebec to the US. Crossing the border in Port Huron, MI, with all the necessary papers, they told me I needed a Certificate of Title for my vehicle. Quebec does nothave Certificate of Title, just Certificate of registration. The Border agent said I was wrong and could not import my vehicle. After much research and many phone calls, I confirmed with Quebec officials that the Certificate of Registration was the correctdocument to import my vehicle. I spoke to a border agent at Port Huron again and explained what had happened and he said that a mistake was made and my vehicle should have been imported when I crossed the border with my Uhaul and other belongings. He suggestedI drive it back and they would process it. Port Huron is an*****one way from where I live. I was unable to take off 1 day of work from my new job to drive back to there to get it imported. My vehicle could legally be driven in the US for one year. The Quebec registration has now expired and I am not able to legally drive it anywhere to have it imported. Is there anyone that can advise me where to go for advice or assistance to import and register my vehicle in Wisconsin?

Since purchasing the car we have complained of excessive fuel consumption several times to service dept at which time was told everything seem fine they readjusted gas gauge only. Monday of this week a recall wasordered for Ford Fusion 2013 which my car is included. My question is can I get my money back if I don't feel safe. The recall involves gas leakage. Rollover accident

Although my husband and I were saved from injury by our seatbelts, our rollover accident on April 28 demolished our 2002 Honda. We are low income seniors and unable to afford this. We slid on a turn in a road that is famous for accidents, but nothing has been done to that portion to make it safer. The speed limit is 45 mph and the CHP said that was much too high. We were going 40. It was also only a couple of weeks since we scraped together enough money for premium tires "designed" to help with slides. Since we were not hurt, would it be futile to follow up on these. What lawyer would take a case that doesn't involve fatalities or millions of dollars, just the safety of a community. Should we use small claims court? I would appreciate any advice.

I purchased a certified pre-owned car on 2-28-13. After the 2nd day, my lower and mid-back was sore. On the 3rd day, it was very painful. I had a herniated L5 disc in 2003, but no problems since then. The pain in my lower back feels almost as bad.I stopped driving the car since and rented. My back is still painful and I feel very anxious and have great trouble sleeping. I had to see my chiropractor twice. This is a new and unexpected experience. I'm 60 years old with a perfect driving record. I've logged over 700,000 miles on the road and nothing like this has ever happened to me.Is this a case whereby I can sue the manufacturer for injury, pain and suffering?
