I'm diabetic and need food often to control my glucose. I

I'm diabetic and need food often to control my glucose. I waited from 11:00AM to 5:45PM at the car dealer to finally sign a contract to buy a new car. At that time I was ready to sign my own death certificate. I put about three dozen signatures on a contract of 40 pages, without questions just to get out of there. Reviewing that contract the next day I realized that an agreement of OTD (out the door) of $22,200.00 plus a trade-in valued at $5,245.00, with financing turned out to be a $38,555.00. In that contract was added on a 60.000 miles prepaid maintenance, a contract security, some other charges that I never asked for. Those extra charges were never offered or mentioned to me, and that definitely do not want. The next morning I went back to the dealer for some explanations. About the financing I was told that I could pay in cash the balance after 6 months of payments and those extra add-on charges could be cancelled after the first six months payments, obviously I had to pay interest for something I never wanted, used or agreed on. I asked three times and I was never told how much it would be the balance after those 6 payments. The contract was signed last saturday at past 6:00PM. I was back at the dealer at noon of Sunday, and told the financing officer that I was ready to return the truck. The financing officer wasn't going to be there for couple days and said we can finalize the contract at his return. I'm going back there today, Wednesday.Originally all I wanted was to buy a pick up truck paying cash to avoid all these complications. After three days they do have my trade-in car and $5,000.00 down payment. I still have my unsigned title for my traded-in carIs it legal for me to tell them that I do not want the vehicle anymore after being misled to sign services I never requested? Thank you

I am recently divorced and my ex husband and I have 5

I am recently divorced and my ex husband and I have 5 children, 3 still under the age of 18. In our divorce we have joint custody and share the kids almost equally. We are both given up to 21 days of vacation time each year. My ex husband just informed me that next month, he will be taking all of the kids to Nigeria for 2 weeks (he was born there), and he asked for my help with passports. This trip will cost him thousands of dollars, however he owes over $20,000 in child support arrears, hasn't paid his spousal support in 4 months, and never finished paying the money owed to me per our MSA for the home buyout we agreed to.He needs my signature for passports for the 3 youngest children, but I have told him that I hesitate to because how can he incur so much new debt when his past debt to me and the children is still outstanding. Can I get in trouble legally for refusing to help with passports. Is that a form of extortion or blackmail?

I have a friend who is a refugee from Nepal. Her husband left

I have a friend who is a refugee from Nepal. Her husband left her when her daughter was born because he didn't want a girl. Later he kidnapped the child and tried to sell her. When she came here as a refugee 5 years ago World Relief aided in her resettlement. She had a caseworker (who no longer works at World Relief) who helped her sign up for assistance. She received cash assistance for a short period of time, but has been working 4 years now and receives only some foodstamp benefits. She thought they told her that she was legally divorced in King County. I took her to Olympia on Thursday. They found no record of a divorce, even after doing a 10 year search using different names it could have been under. She went to World Relief and they find no record of a divorce. We went to DSHS and they had no divorce decree in their files. She wants to apply for US Citizenship. She believes she must have the marriage issue resolved in order to do this. I don't know if that is the case or not. If it is, does she need to get a divorce. How does she do this? What does it cost? (She lives in Washington State).
