I am a sex offender convicted back in 2000 for child

I am a sex offender convicted back in 2000 for child molestation for indecent exposure in Georgia, visiting Baltimore Maryland for cancer treatment. I did finish probation and I supervision. I did registere within three business days. I though I had 7 days, I misread the Maryland law. I did, however, registered at Towson police department. I was inquiring about sheriffs role in this since I fall under transient status. I am a disabled veteran hoping work it out with the VA oncologist at the Baltimore VA hospital the option to be treated at the Johns Hopkins Oncology clinic in the near future. Concerning the felony, I made a terrible mistake while as a service member in Army while stationed in Georgia. I know this and I understand I will probably pay the piper for the rest of my life. Having said all this, I was just trying to understand the Maryland law better, and how the sheriffs part is in all this. I just received a call from Sheriff Best and that he will be visiting my brother and sister-in-law house some time in 2 weeks. Thank you for your time.JA: What state is this in? And can you tell me a little more about the charge?Customer: I came from Hawaii for cancer treatment. I was convicted of child molestation because according to my lawyer, Georgia has not tiers or categories for sex offense so all offender convicted in Georgia with a minor under the age seventeen is placed in same category with the other sex offenders.JA: Has anything been filed or reported?Customer: NopeJA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?Customer: I just hope I get clarity on the sex offender law in Maryland, not here to be problem. I hope to receive cancer treatment at Johns Hopkins oncology clinic and I will move out of the state of Maryland.

My three grandchild are 17, 13.9, and 7 years old. Is there

My three grandchild are 17, 13.9, and 7 years old. Is there really an ages where a child can choose not to go visit his/her father. There is no court order at this point. They just go when he asks, but they don't want to. There is no disillusion or divorce yet. He has just gotten into a routine of every other week and whenever he wants during the week. He also wants them to spend the night on school nights, but they don't want to do that either. Is there something my daughter can do?"JA: Because family law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?Customer: OhioJA: Has anything been filed or reported?Customer: No.JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?Customer: Not at this moment, thank you!

Hello, my boyfriend violated his probation and was sent to jail. He currently in there and will be until he sees a judge in two weeks. I'm wondering if you can help me understand the case and what the outcomes may be.JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?Customer: New MexicoJA: Has anything been filed or reported?Customer: I spoke to his parole officer and he said the violation won't be placed on his record for another 5 days.JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?Customer: In 2005 he was convicted of CSP and kidnapping. He was sentenced to prison and was released in 2010. He was placed on 5-20 years parole and probation but had a violation and was sent back. It wasn't until 2011-2012 that he was released and continued his probation and parole. In September 2016 he was released from parole and only had his probation left. Three days ago his PO found pornography on his phone and arrested him on the spot. As of right now we have not spoken to any lawyers or judges so we do not know what will happen next.
