For a CosmotogistI am an older guy NO AMMONIA, with beard that is probably 50% gray if uncolored. I have colored it Revlon light brown colorsilk and golden brown colorsilk.. the beard has to be done regularly as noticeable gray shows up on edge after a few days. light brown worked but came out a big dark on beard--very dark if used regularly. Light golden brown was better. However, I started getting itchy. I am looking for a NO AMMONIA, NO PARABENS AND NO RESORCINOL and No PDP hair color to use. Having great trouble finding an affordable one $49 a bit steep. Websites I look at are super complex and want me to sign up and answer lots of questions.I just want something that looks and works like color silk light brown or golden brown without the harsh ingredients noted. Does such a product exist? Please give me details.

What is the physiological trigger that causes one's hair to go grey? Is it a hormonal change? If "yes"; for a male, what hormone; for a female, what hormone? What might cause the hair of a dying man in his early eighties, to begin to turn dark again, after having been grey for over 30 years? Could a medication trigger a return to dark?

Dancing Fool here. I guess my question vanished to tge ether. I got my lab tests for my annual in today's email. My HGB and HCT are below the reference range, and TSH was low on the reference range. All 5000 other tests (that had numbers) all seemed to be in the middle-ish area of their reference range. I have NIDDM and Hypertension. Hmmm I just realized they didn't do an A1C. Huh. My total cholesterol was 190ish but my HDL was 55 or so. Oh I am overweight but not obese.

I have two different types of hair color and texture. This started when I was in junior high as before that it was just blonde and straight all over. Now it is curly underneath the top layer in rather like ringlets and reddish in color and on top it is blonder and straight. Is this unusual as it makes it quite hard to deal with and style. I used to be approached by people asking me what color my hair was. I found it embarrassing. Is this some sort of genetic aberration? I also have brown eyes and overall a reddish blonde haircolor. This was another comment made to me by older people, that it was a rare combination as my eyes are not blue. Is there a geneticist here that may know about this?
Looking for someone experienced in allergist ect. Have highlighted
Looking for someone experienced in allergist ect. Have highlighted my hair for 16 years or so. Mostly done by myself. When done myself I usually have redness or tiny rash on arms and itching sometimes stinging, Would last 20 minites to hour or two, i do get the stuff on me sometimes though, I stopped a year ago because I got afraid of possible reaction. I dye it now but now have someone else apply to and wash it. I don't have the problem with the due so far. I have talked to.a dermatologist on here and gotten their opinion so just want to get an opinion with someone experienced in allergies to coincide the opinions.
