I have a GE Monogram refrigerator Model ZIC36N or ZICS36NABRH that has a layer of ice forming on the bottom of the freezer which reforms after removing it. I think it is the drain plug being clogged. I tried removing all of the back panels to get access to it to snake with a pipe cleaner but it has a metal guard that is virtually impossible to remove without turning the whole refrigerator on its side given the way the screws are installed.Front the front I can remove the drip pain from underneath the refrigerator but it is so far back that your my very long arms still cant reach it. Is there a way to access the drain port from the front or inside the freezer? In short how can I snake the drain plug?
