The check goes direct deposit to Mo. bank. Can his family member or new wife call and have it switched to them. Should I contact New York and tell them if any one trys to contact me as I have a lawyer? CAN HIS FAMILY OR HER OVER IN pHILIPPINES take over guardianship without going to court? can they put a freeze on the bank account? I gave him my lawyers email here in Mo. as he told me to do it. cant think of anything else right now, if I do will let you know. thanks Oh yes should I tell him I contacted pnp POLICE in Philipppines us embassy and sent all the paper work to them including his passport number and also the Butuan vitial registars office and certificate of legal capacity to marry over there?
