we are both disabled and our daughter's gravesite is on a hill we cannot negotiate even in our disability scooters. The cemetery is being rude as hell and is unwilling to help by by driving us to her gravesite in one of their 8 or 10 golf carts which they use for sales of other plots. We take our life in our hands by trying to "scoot" up this hill or by trying to walk up this hill. My husband is in leg-braces and I need a motorize vehicle (disability scooter) to get around. Our rabbis have volunteered to take on this horrible cemetery and arrange a ride for us (which they failed to do the day of Rachel's funeral as well as her "unveiling" of her gravestone (following Jewish Law). We need to be sure being able to get to a family member's grave is assured by the ADA. We await your answer. Thank you.
