After that, you would need to press the Down button again and then the Select button to choose ‘Save New Settings’ option. Lastly, you would need to press the Sky button.
Now to get to the LNB Menu, you would need to press the same series of buttons on the remote one more time; first Services, then Four, Zero and One and then Select. After that you would have to press the button One to go to the LNB Menu. This time you would however, need to press the red button to reset all the settings and then scroll down the options to select ‘Save New Settings’. Finally, you would have to press the Sky button like earlier. This would perform a complete reset on the box and should fix the problem as well.
I am unable to reset the channels on my Samsung Digibox after the digital switchover. I have tried resetting and updating the channels as well as moving the box location. But the signal strength is not so good. How can I fix this?
It is most likely the box has become obsolete in this case. The reason this has happened could be due to numerous changes to the transmission that has taken place because of the digital switchover.
