Hello,I am 34 weeks pregnant and worried about toxoplasmosis. My parents took my son to a playground today that had sand under it. He came home covered in sand and it was all over his feet, socks and shoes. He tracked it all over the house. I immediately gave home a bath but I'm worried about it being all over the house. Is there any risk of me getting toxoplasmosis this way? I'm very paranoid about it, thanks.

Because I was complaining of oily skin and acne my doctor

Because I was complaining of oily skin and acne my doctor agreed to let me try ocella (the generic of Yasmin) I was on Yasmin two years in college with no problems. However, I have recently been seeing more and more news stories and lawyers claiming that pills containing drosperinone cause up to a 75% increased risk of blood clots. I'm literally scared to death. I have cried and cried trying to determine what to do. I feel like the pill helps a lot with my skin but I definitely don't want to die and leave my family behind over something vain. I'm 30 years old and don't have any serious health problems I'm aware of other than severe ocd and anxiety which I take anafranil, Prozac and Xanax for. My family doesn't have a history of clots, it's just all these women who are saying they had no risk other than taking the pill and had a stroke or clot end up happening to them. I'm just so scared and would like an honest answer if it's really worth staying on them. All my obgyn would tell me is that all pills pose a risk for clots. He didn't elaborate on the increased possibility of a drosperinone containing pill. Please help if you can so I can move past this and forward in my life.

I have what looks like a fever blister right below the head

I have what looks like a fever blister right below the head of my penis. I've never had one there before. I have HSV-1. And I have had intercourse with a partner who I know has HSV-2. However I was tested for it about 5-6 weeks after having intercourse with her and my results were negative for HSV-2. I also lately have had some swelling of the lypmh nodes around my groin for which I am on an antibiotic. My question is could I have HSV-2 and still test negative for it? And not show any symptoms until long after the initial contact?

I am 35 years old female. Notice swelling above and around

I am 35 years old female. Notice swelling above and around my nipple on right breast about a month ago. It comes and goes depending on if I am wearing a bra- when the bra is off it swells. No pain itchiness or other symptoms. Around my last period it felt like my breasts swelled more than normal. I don't feel any lumps that are abnormal- I have large breasts and they've always been kind of lumpy. I have made an appointment with an OB/GYN but the soonest they can see me is the middle of this month. I'm wondering if I should go to urgent care? So I can be seen seen sooner?

Previous health history: * Only had 3 periods my entire

Previous health history:* Only had 3 periods my entire life. Postmenopausal hormone profile at 20. No cause found. Now 34. Had bad experience with the pill in my 20s. In Ireland and found not easy to talk about these side-affects so stopped taking pill. Lack of oestrogen = osteoporosis, being reversed.* History of pelvic floor spasm. Tilted uterus. Painful intercourse upon penetration.* Had tummy tuck in January this year. Healed up very well.Problems now:*End May started having dull pelvic ache. Thought UTI, antibiotics no affect. Cystoscopy all clear, "perfect bladder". All urine samples negative bar one which detected some ESBL, but only 2 white blood cells, told not UTI.* Fast forward to now and gradually worsening discomfort. Sense of urinary urgency. "Pain" when urinating - strong ache/cramp/nerve pain/increased urge to pee when actually peeing - I don't know how to describe it, sorry!* Had pelvic MRI, told by hospital normal. My women's health physio looked at it and was "horrified". She says my uterus is tilted forward towards my abdomen (antroverted?) and bent at a 90 degree angle and looks like a hook (anteflexed?) and it looks like it's denting the top of my bladder. I have 2 of the MRI images uploaded here:https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByleRcaI4AtMdjQwSHZ6RWdwZkEhttps://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByleRcaI4AtMUzVNNzF5MzByZVUWe are querying nerve problems/adhesions/scar tissue from tummy tuck that maybe has pulled forward an already tilted uterus, and it's now maybe sitting on my bladder in a way it shouldn't?I am also experiencing strong discomfort after orgasm, which I never had before. I wish I could describe the feeling - crampy maybe? Im uncomfortable all the time, but orgasm intensifies this discomfort, for days after sometimes. It's incredibly uncomfy. I'm a size 10 but wearing size 14 underwear and just dresses. Can't tolerate jeans/trousers.To be honest, I'm scared, and miserable. I got over the menopause and am genuinely completely fine with it. But now I have this new and so far unexplained problem and I just want my life back. I had the tummy tuck as I lost 4 stone, it was a treat for myself. No discomfort between after the surgery on 22/01 and end May, then this starts. Don't know if connected to tummy tuck. Could also be a very floppy un-oestrogenised uterus. Or both that and it's been tugged forward by scar tissue/adhesions.Please can someone help me. I know I'm throwing out a lot of guesses. I've even been told this pain/discomfort is in my head. I guarantee you it is not. I'm sitting here writing this with what feels like full on cramp. I can't tell where. I know if I go sit on the loo and pee, that cramp will intensify while I'm peeing. Help!

I just had a short period (2days), pregnancy test negative

Hi, I just had a short period (2days), pregnancy test negative and ultrasound doesn't show anything. Usually, after having a period I would feel some relief from bloating etc, but this time I still feel bloated and my tummy seems to have grown slightly. I have been on a strict diet even before my period but weight doesn't seem to go down too..it remained the same. Could it be a pregnancy?JA: Are you in any pain? How regular are your periods?Customer: No pain, just some tugging and pulling feeling in the tummy area from time to time. My periods are very regular.JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?Customer: No. But I just had a minor surgery to remove some cavity in the uterus. My doctor told me all is well but I can't shake the feeling.

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days into pregnancy after a frozen embryo

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days into pregnancy after a frozen embryo transfer. Everything seemed to be going fine - beta hcg was increasing and had symptoms of pregnancy. Then Wednesday night - when I was 5 weeks and had just had my second beta and was told all was good earlier that day- I experienced bad cramping and bright red bleeding, including a clot. Went for an internal ultrasound on Thursday morning and the gestational sac was still present and we could even see the yolk sac. I was told it was a threatened miscarriage but at this point it was possible it was still fine. The cramping has stopped and the bleeding has changed to just brownish discharge (still with some small clots). I have another ultrasound scheduled for next week. What is the chance that this pregnancy is still viable?
