Customer Question

I had an unsecured loan with a company that has filed for bankruptcy in 2008. The bankruptcy is still in progress. I have declaimed my portion of any return, and would like to take my loss. Can I reclaim any taxes I have paid back to 2008?

Hi. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to help you.

A loan is not included in your income. What taxes do you have in mind? A statute of limitation for claiming a refund for 2008 already expired.
