Customer Question

I use quick books online. I have all of my business accounts linked; 1 corp checking account .1 corporate credit account with 4 business credit cards.I pay the corp credit account online with transfer from corp checking. What is the best way to reflect/setup/structure this in QBO?

Hi, my name is Mark. I will be happy to help you.

The payment from the corp checking account should be classified as corporate credit account. You are correct that by acknowledging the match there should only be one entry.

Does the payment to the Corp Credit Account include interest?
