Customer Question

Hi,If I file the W3 with SS office, can I wait to file the 941's a few months later? What would happen if I did this? Thanks.

The IRS will match the amounts together. The W-3 is due by the end of February. The 941's are due quarterly the month following the quarter's end. To be able to submit the W-3 the 941's should be prepared.
