Welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you.

USCIS will consider whether he entered into the payment plan voluntarily or he was audited and forced to enter into the plan. USCIS will also consider whether he has made an effort to become current and maintain his payment plan. Usually, if you are current on your agreement they will grant your application.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you and best regards,
