Customer Question

what is the tax percentage if I live in Florida and my salary is 150,000.00?
If I make commissions on top of that does my tax bracket increase?

HelloYour tax rate would be 25%. That is based on your income after deductions for the children.Yes, if you make commissions on top of salary that will raise your income and could push you into the next bracket (28%) if you received $50,000 or more.Salary or commission your bracket does not change.

What level does the amt tax come into play?
Expert:  Robin D. replied 7 months ago.
There’s no specific income threshold at which the AMT kicks in, but taxpayers with incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 currently appear to be the most vulnerable. You are required to click a positive rating if I am to be credited with the response. You have to actively click on a rating and click submit.
