I have been divorced from my ex husband since 2003. A tax lien was filed on my house due to my ex husband not paying his taxes. These taxes occurred while we weren't even married. I have never ever filed a tax return with him. He put my name on his forms. what can I do

HelloYou stated you never filed a return with your ex, but he put your name on his forms. Did you file a separate tax return or did you not have income yourself to report?
