I heard about a recently enacted section of the Internal Revenue

Customer Question

I heard about a recently enacted section of the Internal Revenue Code: section 106. What is that about? And can it affect taxes for 2015? Is it possible to utilize this section if a timely extension is filed?

What are you talking about? IRC 106 has to do with employee health insurance & accident benefits; health savings accounts; etc. there's nothing new here to me anyway; what is it that you are asking about that will benefit you?
